The BMW X6 is a pretty odd thing; a combination that doesn't seem to work. It looks as if
Munich just aimed at one purpose: Making an SUV that's more sporty than even Porsche's
Cayenne. So owners and tuners attach great importance to underscoring that attitude by
some racy refinements.

Just like the other established BMW tuning companies, Hamann Motorsport recently presented
their own interpretation of the 4-door SUV coupe. Now they add an even more flashy
conversion, called 'Tycoon'. Any comments on the exterior would be a waste of pixels. It's
a matter of taste. See the gallery below to form an opinion yourself.
So we concentrate on some objective data here: 23 inch wheels, tyres specification is 315x25
R23, lowering rate is 40mm. Besides visual muscles, Hamann also makes the engines stronger.
In case of the X6 35i, power rises to 360hp. The diesel version 30d generates 265hp and the
35d puts out 320, thanks to reprogrammed engine controls.
There are also exhaust systems adapted to the corresponding performance kits. Both two or four
end tips are possible. Currently the German tuners are preparing a power upgrade for the 50i
version. Available for all models: Interior inlay set from carbon, sports steering wheel,
dials, alu pedals foot rest and a cover for the trunk compartment floor.
