	Arden Automobilbau, the German specialists for British luxury vehicles put their hands on the New Mini. Only 40 cars will be produced. The limited series refers to a racing success which they had achieved 40 years ago, in 1969. To celebrate the anniversary decently, Arden's interior workshop extensively covers the respective parts with finest leather. Thus the cabin of England's smallest car is turned into a luxury car's. Besides the changes inside, also the outside is improved. There are mesh inserts made from stainless steel at the front and the rear. Rims measure 18 Inch, and a 30mm lowering round off the exterior changes. So more sporty driving manners are provided too. Also the Arden exhaust system, which even includes sports catalysts, is more than just cosmetics. Thanks to it, in addition to a more effective intercooler and an adopted engine control, an extra output of 40 Hp are generated. Torque betters by 50 Nm. To decelerate the fast Mini, Arden have fitted a sports braking system featuring 6-pistons at the front. In return for a signature under a contract on the 'Arden Mini Equipe 40th Anniversary 2009', the owner of the company himself, Jochen Arden, signs the vehicle personally.
