	At our coverage of the Essen Motor Show 2008 we already had shown the first photos of the new VW Golf by Abt Sportsline. Now we've got some further details about the range and, additional photos. This time Abt shows a 2-door, while the first foretaste was given by means of a 4-door. Besides a body kit, as shown on the images, Abt offer lowering by a set of springs or a complete coil over suspension. An exhaust exhaust system with end tips matching the rear apron is gettable as well as larger wheels. Two designs, naming AR and BR are available to round off the conversion. And, to enable a closer look at and more space for the braking system. The tuners have two different systems on store. Also the range of motor tuning is variable. The 122 hp 1.4 TSI model can be pushed to 160 hp. On the other hand, Volkswagen are offering a 1.4l generating 160hp as standard. But this one can be upgraded to 210hp by Abt. For the the 210 hp 2.0 TSI motor an extra of 30hp will be offered. Diesel Golf drivers can get the same extra power, which makes the 2.0 TDI model 170hp strong.
