The German tuning elite has shortly been introducing their own interpretations of the BMW
Z4's character and styling. Thanks to BMW designer Chris Bangle, there is no lack of lines,
surfaces and contours to take up, conceal and/or emphasise, which is why there's a pleasantly
wide variety of Z4 mutations available today. One company that has been resisting to redesign
the roadster's body is Kelleners Sport. The Dinslaken-based tuner now presents the car from
Munich with very diffident exterior modifications, that also suit the Bimmer's style.
The more attention they have paid to the car's power. A change of ignition times, rev speed
increase to 6900 rpm and an optimised exhaust system bring about a plus of 25 hp. For those who
want even more, the tuning specialist offers a supercharger that effectuates, maybe
slightly understated, 99hp additionally. To come to grip with the power of the Kelleners Z4,
they keep nice wheels for sale. The 'Sportrad' (translated: sports wheel) called rim is an
interesting option to the wheels of other German tuners, it looks conservative and
modern at the same time.
